What if there was also a policy setting for the most valuable item you have? As it stands, if you're trying to save up a less valuable item, you can only put one item of higher worth between it and being lost to overflow or combat. If you're trying to save Bauxite, for instance, the best you could hope for would be that it would be the third type of item lost. A most valuable resource policy could make it so that you could make a particular one that much less likely to be lost.

yeah it would be nice if you didn't have to worry about losing all the stuff you were trying to save without having to get rid of everything else you had.
