Heh, really... don't worry about the money too much. I think I have 20-30 million meat in my bank.

Nah, I don't war. It is just a waste of meat.
Focus on ascending - the hardest thing to do is Oxycore Ascend... After you get some good gear from ascensions PVP is a lot more fun.

Because the name of it has nothing to do with Battlemines

Well, either way, i'm not joining right now- Oxycore Ascensions as an Accordian Bandit are rather difficult to pull off, so I might be a while.

So, how is everyone structuring their goals?
I'm currently focusing on two things: 12 or so skills so that I can pull off oxycore runs in a resonable enough time, and getting enough meat to get the snowcone summoning skill
My thoughts on hardcore skills to get are as follows, in this order: 1)Saucemancer:Advanced saucecrafting(potions) Mysticality sign... I'm almost done with this one 2)Pastamancer:Pastamastery:To cook yummy reagent dishes. Moxie sign, cause I don't have cocktail crafting 3)Turtle tamer:Amphibian Sympathy: Get that blood faced VB working harder 4)Disco Bandit:Superhuman Cocktailcrafting:I know this is odd to get before the 5th level, but I was planing on staying a moxy class for the next 4-5 assentions, and I figured having access to the still might be nice. 5)Disco Bandit:Advanced Cocktailcrafting 6)Accordian thief: Moxie increasing song 7)Disco Bandit: Mad Looting Skillz 8)Accordian theif:The Polka of Plenty 9)??
I figure that should keep me for a while...
Comments? Suggestions?

The most important skills are:
#1 Moxious Madrigal - Accordion Thief +10 Moxie song #2 Mad Looting Skillz - Disco Bandit +30% item drop passive #3/#4 Thrust Smack/Eye of the Stoat - Seal Clubber x3 damage ability and 100% hitrate ability #5 - one of the level decreasing skills (Pastamancer has Entangling Noodles, Disco Bandit has Disco Eye Poke)
After those, it is really up to you. I like taking a moxie moonsign and getting the ability to wear Shirts from the gnome camp, or getting Pulverize (lets you destroy items to make Wads, which use Spleen to give extra adventures)
Getting Cocktailcrafting or Cooking while on oxycore is completely useless - oxycore (Hardcore Oxygenarian) means that you can't consume any alcohol or food, the only consumption stat you have is Spleen, which only includes Canned Air, Stat increasing items, and Wads. If you are going for regular hardcore runs, or Teet/Booze runs, then they may be moderately useful, however. Stainless Steel items may not be quite as good as Plexiglass items, but they are completely decent in their own rights.
Again, I strongly suggest donating at least a couple times - Mr. A's and the Store Items make the game soooooo much easier, even for Hardcore runs (Store pets cut a great big amount of turns off of your runs - I use a Bugbear Shaman and a Cymbal-playing Monkey, both are combos of the three best pets available except for maybe the Dodecapede)
Good luck.

You can use potions as an Oxycore, right? if not, how the heck do you get by the topiary golumns as an accordian thief?

Yes, you can use potions.
Accordian Thieves don't have it that bad in the golems... if you can do Hole in the Sky with any regularity, then you won't have too hard of a time with golems. The problem with ATs is the Nasty Sorceress battle - nearly. fucking. impossible. Even with the Wolf Costume. ATs have no combat skills at all, so all you are hitting for is 10 damage or so, and she has 200 HP in both forms - the easiest way is to equip a Ghost Pickle on a Stick or similar attack familiar, get a bunch of damage increasing equipment, and get an acid squirting flower... and pray.
The more times you die to the Nasty Sorceress, the easier she is - I had to fight her about 30 times to ascend my AT last week.

I get burnt out pretty quickly nowadays. I usually do one month on, one month off, except for the big changes or events. Oxycore is hhhaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrdddddddd.

It sure is. But it will be worth it. I will make Torso Awaregness permanent, and get some nifty plexiglass items to go with it.
