I find it tiresome, gathering up all this wood in order to improve my newfounded city, Constantinople. LynxShaman, I think you've tried seizing control once. I have no problem with that, so long as Constantinople persists. I don't care if it becomes Istanbul and then gets fought over and changed back to Constantinople and so on, so long as it can be built to stand the test of time and provide cityful benefits to the populace of Samsara. So if anyone has any wood while they're wandering around and stumble across Constantinople, please just drop the wood there and continue on your way. I'm sure I'll be able to provide facilities later due to it, such as a Tavern where you might be able to make apple brandy and such and such. Loves to you all, but I wish I had a lot more energy than I currently do

Oh, I was just curious what would happen if I seized control. I'm not going to keep fighting over it. Besides, why would anyone change it? It's not like it's New Amsterdam or anything.

Don't worry, I seized control back. We can destroy Fagus or something, instead, which is apparently 7 yojana to the east of Constantinople. Not sure how I knew that when I put up the sign, but still!

yeah.. the building dynamic is a little rough, it will change as some cities get off the ground.

Constantinople has a tavern now; it seems it can tell when there's enough wood in the vicinity.
The tavern doesn't seem to do much, though.

The tavern will do something soon. I was actually going to do that pre-beta but got hasty. Right now it just serves as a gateway building to more important structures.
The city build allowances will probably start confusing the hell out of people pretty quickly here. heh.

City build allowances? Hmmm... Necropolis has a Tavern... Does that mean I'll start getting an allowance soon?
Also, can anybody build on a town, or only the one in charge of it?

So it seems that after being fully rested, I can move five times and gather wood five times before finding myself EXTREMELY tired and thus unable to do anything else.
Though I've discovered I can pick up and drop items without using up any of my energy.

for reference, from barely tired, I can move off my town, get two bits of wood, and move back... but will then be too tired to get anymore...

Still not really getting which adjectives are more or less tired than other adjectives, except in a very general sense. Some kind of colour coding (green high, red low maybe) would be helpful, or else I'll be forced to start writing shit down... eventually...

you'll build up resistance to the cold, Juanito. Wood will be more scarce though.

The adjectives are part of the intentional vagueness.. after you go running for an hour, are you able to say "I went from 100 stamina to 40! I'm pretty beat!" no you just say the pretty beat part. I hope it will make some fun little chance games, like "Hm, I'm wielding an axe and I'm in good health, but can I take a wounded elephant?..."
That said, I would like to revise the HP indicators, as I mentioned earlier.
