So, Rast-
With the high cost on both power and space of keeping the Powersinks, are you going to think about raising the restriction of only one at a time?
I mean, sure, you can't allow us to stack 5 Boreholes, but a range of them wouldn't be unbalanced would it?

It's kind of true: new BM has more interesting dynamics with limited city space, meaning old game design facets might no longer be necessary for balance. IE: multiple Greenhouses for more food production at the cost of power and space away from your mining ability.

Probably not, but maybe. I'm not concerned with balancing them atm.
Think about it: Every other powered building, their value declines as power increases. Or, in the case of the academy, having more than one is not very useful (outside redundancy.) Multiple powersinks, you keep racking up huge bonuses, and if your strategy doesn't require powering anything then your abilities are totally unchecked. It would be like allowing people to have multiple government powers, without going syndicalism. By restricting some things, I create many more permutations on play style and strategy.
