Fascists & Governmental Hatred

This idea is very short: I don't think Fascists should hate other Fascists.

It makes more sense from a 'story' point of view that they hate everyone except their own government type, and I think it adds slightly to the game play, to give another factor to balance (albeit a small one).

Nah.. Anarchists, Fascists, and Theocrats can all attack each other. It's just the way of things. It is adding another factor to the balance, just in the opposite way that you thought of.

He doesn't mean attack, just hatred.
You should make Fascists able to attack other Fascists, but not hate them (just as Theocracies don't hate each other, and Anarchists don't hate each other, but both can still attack each other).
