Tree bonus for green industries?

I've been thinking, along the lines of a Green industry theme, could it be feasible to have Green industries get a bonus from keeping max trees, say, +1 PM after a few turns. The trees could blossom and raise the spirits of your people, or grow tasty fruit to give them lots of energy.

I dunno, I'm just throwing out ideas here. I kinda wish Green had a little bit more to it than just a low PM cap and low pollution.

I think that sounds like a reasonable idea. At the very least, perhaps Green Industry could have a slightly higher chance of growing a tree in the first place, or perhaps be capable of holding on to more of them.

Another industry question, unrelated to the above: Are L.F. Industries incapable of reducing pollution? Does it just keep building until they change to another government type?
