Utopia (Environmental Bonus) Hates: nobody Seat of Power: Purifier * Industry style must be set to green or your goverment will revert to anarchy next turn * Production Modifier cap is +10 pm instead of +5 for green industries * people are healthier and happier +20% Food Growth * +10% tree growth if you have positive tree growth * You cannot scrap trees * Cannot attack neighbors that have a purifier or green industries on
How to get Utopia, you must have no fallout and no pollution in order to switch your goverment to Utopia.
Utopia Seat of Power: Purifier * same as power sink purifier but costs only 1 power *can still build the purifier power sink so you can have 2 purifiers !

No it's not. You could attack (most) people and defend yourself properly, plus it's got a double purifier. Hell of a commune government. In fact, that would be one of my arguments against it - that it would seriously cramp democracy's style. That, and I'm uncomfortable with a government that's inextricably symbiotic with an industry setting.

I quite like this, or at least, I would like to be it for 8 rounds... then get my double purifiers working to lessen the effects of my Uranium mining, LFing, triple refining capitolist ass! (or double refining cause I like being a commie bastard...)

Seems a bit strong.. I'm not that interested in adding new govt's atm however. Actually, way down in the vault of ideas is another government type I'd like to do, but it's almost precisely the opposite of this.

Hmmm... Hey Rast, where's that 'to-do' list you let us look at before?

It's not generally available now.. I want to keep some surprises.

You could always put up a partial list, with some things that aren't truly planned on it, and watch as we scurry around trying to figure out which ones are the ones that we can actually expect.

That would be a total tease.. considering not much more work will necessarily be done on BM. I'm eyeing my ideas for a new game.
