Does it cost you 2 coal to make a Diamond in the Refinery? Or longer than 6 hours? NEW BATTLE MINES, xade, c'mon now!

With 11 coal, I get told that I can provide enough power to refine a diamond... so maybe.
Wait a minute, just scored some coal... it took 13 coal. 10 for the Diamond, 3 to power I guess.
Either way, Ramul is providing a better trade that you guys. Don't care if it's NEW BATTLE MINES.

Man, coal miners have it so rough. 10 coal to fund a diamond refinery. ONE PIG IRON TO ONE STEEL, BITCHES. Unless that's a bug. In which case, SADDEST. FACE. EVER.
