Does anyone feel like it would be better if local chat wasn't outpost dependent, at least for non-private chat? Ie. If chat to everyone was a bullhorn that reached all your neighbors whether you could see them or not.

It feels really quiet in game, most of the time.. I've been hollering shit but I know a lot of people are unable to respond.
