I dispatched a spy on IJ (sorry man!) and immediately afterwards he land exchanged iuewen (with whom I'm pretty sure I also had a spy). I lost my outposts (as should have happened) but I seem to have lost my spies on both sides as well... Been checking the manual, and I don't think that's supposed to happen? I didn't get any related messages either.

Did you lose them via event notification? I shrunk the land down when I exchanged, caused some mass building explosions, so that might be why.

It should have notified you if you lost a spy. I see you lost spies on iuewen and IJ 1 or 2 days ago in your events, I take it you put some more down since then.
I didn't lose my spy on iuewen after the land exchange, so it must be specific to you, if there's a problem.
