ICBMs purchased via gold and not converted to normal items will not set the upper limit on Missile Test quantity to the number of bonus ICBMs in storage.
That is to say, you can still fire them one at a time, however, you can't do a gigantic Cold War style test on a single person using only Bonus ICBMs. Not sure if intentional or limitation to avoid shitheads like me buying their way into launching huge nuclear strikes at random.

After reading the manual on bonus objects, the scenario listed above seems to be as intended. However, the curio is whether or not bonus ICBMs should allow a player to engage in global combat, either via Missile Test or directed Nuke.

I think you should be able to launch bonus ICBMs in an attack, because it's a manual request. Same as EUR munition use.
They will not work defensively, tho.

Sorry, ignore my last message. Yes, this is a problem with the missile test (and possibly normal nuking) limit. Different to the munitions problem.
Fixed.
